Jayne Havens
Jayne is a certified sleep consultant who runs her own practice, Snooze Fest by Jayne Havens. Her journey started when she was an overwhelmed new parent researching every sleep strategy she could find. Once she taught her own children to sleep through the night, word spread fast, and her guidance was suddenly in demand.
Whether you're starting a new career or adding sleep consulting to an existing practice, this is where it begins.
Jayne launched the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management in 2019. As she began training aspiring sleep consultants, she discovered something unexpected: the only thing more rewarding than helping families teach their children to sleep through the night is supporting consultants as they grow their own sleep consulting businesses. Today, Jayne remains immersed in the CPSM community, offering training and support to every student who comes through the program.

Before You Enroll
No. Sleep consulting is an unregulated field. Some programs advertise themselves as "accredited," but this is a misleading claim. There is no regulating or governing body that has authority over the field of sleep consulting. What actually matters is the depth of your training and whether you feel confident and prepared to lead families to success. That's our focus inside of CPSM.
Is Center for Pediatric Sleep Management accredited?
Yes. You move through the curriculum on your own schedule, as quickly or slowly as life allows. You'll also keep lifetime access to the course materials, including every future update.
Is the course self-paced?
Not at all. CPSM certified sleep consultants come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including teaching, nursing, newborn care, and parenting. No prior experience is required. The curriculum is built to teach you everything from the ground up, so you graduate fully prepared to work with real families.
Do I need any experience or a degree?
Absolutely, and many of our consultants come from exactly that background. Adding sleep consulting to your scope of practice lets you support families well beyond the newborn stage, retain clients longer, and command a higher hourly rate for the expanded services you offer.
I'm a newborn care specialist or doula. Is this worth it?
None. Once you complete the course and earn your certification, you're a certified member of Center for Pediatric Sleep Management for life. There's nothing further to pay in order to maintain your certification, and every future course update and all continuing education is included.
Are there any recertification or annual fees?
