YES! This is so incredibly important. Many of the pediatric sleep coach certification programs only teach their own methods or techniques that align with the creator’s own personal views on sleep training. At the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management, we teach a client-led approach, meaning we meet our clients where they are and recommend a sleep training method that aligns with their parenting style and feels safe and comfortable for them. There is no one size fits all approach to teaching children to fall asleep independently.

Our curriculum is geared towards children aged 0-4. Some of the techniques and principles can certainly be applied to working with older children and those cases should be considered on a case by case basis.

There’s an entire section in the course dedicated to teaching you how to get your sleep consulting business up and running. Most of our students have never started their own business before so we lay it all out for you, step by step.
